Before being sold to a homeowner, this recently-built Ulster Habitat house is turned over to junior interior designers to decorate indoor and outdoor spaces. We strive to demonstrate "accessible design” and encourage participants to furnish rooms with items from the Kingston Habitat ReStore, in addition to works from the region’s makers and artists.

Rooms are painted and ready to go. They just need amazing styling and decorating! Participants will receive professional photos of their spaces to build their portfolios.

The house opens to the public, providing an opportunity to showcase the work of up-and-coming designers and raise money to build more affordable homes in Ulster County.
